On the site of what one what was one a space for public hangings and once frequented by Karl Marx and George Orwell, this is one of few places in the world to demonstrate free speech at the risk of being heckled.

Just before the lockdowns brought on by COVID, I over a year of Sundays photographing the unique people of Speakers Corner with the intention to publishing a zine. 

I was amazed to people of all religions and beliefs come together in one place to openly debate their opinions from religion to conspiracy theories to animal rights. 

Whilst many debates could turn into arguments, it was amazing to see these people of different backgrounds shake hands and agree to disagree and move on together. 

I plan to go back to Speakers Corner in 2024 and continue on documenting the experiences that  Speakers Corner has to offer.
