As a photographer, I often receive inquiries from clients regarding their bookings, pricing or the process of booking an appointment. Do I need to send the products to you, or do you come to us?
Most product shoots happen in studio, so you'd drop products off (or post them) and I'll handle the rest. For larger or fragile items, on-location shoots can be arranged, just flag this when booking so we can scope it properly.
What do I actually receive, and can I use the images anywhere?
You'll receive fully edited, high-resolution images plus web-optimised versions, delivered digitally. All images come with full commercial usage rights, so you're free to use them across your website, social media, print, and ads. Need cropped versions specifically sized for social? That's available as an add-on for $60 flat per shoot.
How long does turnaround take, and can I get it faster?
Standard turnaround is included in every package. If you're working to a launch date, Express delivery is available: 48 hours for $80 flat, or 24 hours for $150 flat. Just let me know your deadline when booking so I can confirm it's achievable.
How much will this cost, and what's included?
Pricing depends on how many products you need shot and how they'll be used. Starter packages begin at $300 for 1-5 products, Standard from $600 for 6-15, and Catalog from $980-1,200 for 16-30. Every package includes professionally edited, high-resolution images ready for web and social use. If you're not sure which tier fits, send through a product list and I'll recommend the best option.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, get in touch as early as possible and we'll do our best to find another date that works. Cancellations close to the event may forfeit the deposit depending on the circumstances, but this is always handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
