What is a pop - up studio?
Popup Studio is a portable portrait setup for brands and venues that want their event photography to look like it belongs in their marketing, not buried in a camera roll. Full studio lighting and backdrop, run by two people who know how to move a queue without rushing the shot.
Whether it's a launch, an activation, or a staff party, you walk away with a gallery built for your feed, your recap, and your next campaign and not just a folder of snapshots.
We can bring the fun with our own stockpile of props, costumes and as well as custom backdrops to keep each event unique.

As a photographer, I often receive inquiries from clients regarding their bookings, pricing or the process of booking an appointment. What space do you need?
Roughly a 3x3m area with power access nearby. We'll confirm exact space and power needs once we know your venue.
How do we get the photos afterward?
Photos will be uploaded within 72 hours onto a premade gallery which guests will be able to download. We are more than happy to upload certain photos during the event for your marketing department. The gallery will stay up for 3 months after the event to give enough time for guests to get their photos.
Can we use the photos in our marketing?
Yes — corporate packages include full commercial usage rights, so the photos are cleared for social, campaigns, and internal use.
Can you add our logo or branding to the shots?
Yes, a branded overlay is available as an add-on, applied to prints and/or digital shots.
How long does each photo take?
Usually under a minute per guest or group once the queue is moving, though bigger groups take a little longer to arrange. Unlike a printing photobooth, all of our photos go into a digital library so we have no limit on the amount of photos.
Do you provide a preview screen on-site so our team can see shots live?
Yes, absolutely. All photos will be able to be viewed on screen immediately.
Can this run across a multi-session event, like a conference with a morning and evening component?
Yes — the full-day package is built for exactly this, with backdrop swaps and roaming candid coverage across different parts of the day.
Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes, cover is included as standard and we can provide a certificate of currency if your venue requires it.
